This Privacy Policy explains how Schedrix ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and stores information when you use the Schedrix mobile app.

Information We Collect

• Profile information you provide, such as name, optional email, optional phone, and user role.
• App data you create, such as jobs, invoices, customers, team members, messages, quotes, and service requests.
• Technical identifiers and app integrity signals used by Firebase (for example anonymous auth/session identifiers and App Check signals).
• If you use certain features: location, camera/photos, phone/SMS actions, and notifications.

How We Use Information

• Provide core app functionality and save your business records.
• Sync data across devices using Firebase services.
• Protect service integrity and reduce abuse/fraud through app integrity checks.
• Send app notifications and support communication-related features you choose to use.

Storage and Security

Data may be stored locally on your device and in Firebase/Google Cloud services configured for Schedrix. Data transmitted between the app and cloud services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is processed by service providers (such as Firebase/Google Cloud) to operate app features.

Your Choices

• You can remove app data from your device by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.
• You can request deletion of associated cloud data using our account deletion process.
